Embodied Creative Coaching
Expressive Arts • Somatic Insight • Soulful Inquiry • Creative Awakening

Gentle, intuitive coaching that helps you reconnect with your voice, body, and sacred creative spark.
Embodied Creative Coaching weaves together expressive arts, somatic awareness, imagery, ritual, and soulful inquiry to help you move through blocks, release perfectionism, and reclaim your authentic expression.

This is not performance coaching.
This is the kind of supportive, intuitive guidance that helps you return to your truth.
Through movement, art, writing, breath, visualization, and body-based creativity, you access parts of yourself that have been silenced, shut down, or conditioned to hide.
You learn to listen to your body’s wisdom, trust your intuition, and let your creative energy flow again.
This is a nurturing path of reconnection — where your creativity becomes a doorway into healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.

Embodied Creative Coaching FAQ

1. Do I need to be artistic?
No. This is not about talent. It is about expression, healing, and connection.

2. Will we analyze the art?
No. The art is a doorway, not a test. It reveals what your body and psyche want to share.

3. Can I do this if I feel creatively blocked?
Yes. This coaching is designed for people who feel stuck, scared, resistant, or out of touch with their creativity.
4. What if I feel disconnected from my body?
We go slowly, with choice and grounding. You reconnect at your own pace.
5. Is this therapy?
In Illinois, creative and somatic work may be integrated into therapy.
Outside Illinois, this is offered as coaching and intuitive support.
6. Is this only for artists?
No. This is for anyone who wants to reclaim their voice, energy, intuition, or emotional expression.
7. Will this bring up emotions?
It may, gently. Creative work often reveals what wants to be healed or witnessed, and we move with care.
8. Can sessions include ritual or spiritual elements?
Yes, if desired: grounding rituals, intention setting, oracle prompts, sound, movement, or energy practices.
